"Reading is an Investment" Financial Literacy Program #resvt #cesuvt

Once again this year, Richmond Elementary School will be participating in the state of Vermont's "Reading is an Investment" program to encourage financial literacy among scholars in kindergarten through sixth grade. All scholars who complete an official "Reading is an Investment" reading log and send it to the State Treasurer's office are eligible to win a $250 college savings bond!
