CESU Food Services Recognized #cesuvt #resvt #vted


CESU chef's and managers participated in writing a state-wide school food services cookbook called New School Cuisine: Nutritional and Seasonal Recipes for School Cooks by School Cooks.
 
During the past year three of our chef/managers came together with twelve other school chefs around Vermont to write, test and retest new school recipes that meet the new USDA dietary guidelines. 

This book will be sent to every school in Vermont and to every child nutrition program in every state.
