Parsnip Hummus with Carrots Taste Test #vted

The first Taste Test of the new year was a success! Thanks to our friends at Jericho Settlers Farm, we were able to use both local carrots and local parsnips in our recipe. The students tasted parsnip hummus with carrots for dipping, highlighting the Harvest of the Month.
