RES Staff Attend School Computing Conference

On September 24 a team of three RES staff members attended the Vermont 1:1 School Conference. This conference was about “one to one” computing in schools, which means that each student uses a dedicated computer, tablet, or other electronic device for their learning. Principal Michael Berry, library media specialist Beth Redford, and technology support specialist Jed Carini attended to gather information about the planning and resources required for one to one programs. The team gathered information  on what it takes to implement a successful and sustainable 1:1 initiative.  Information and resources gathered will be shared and reviewed by the RES Technology Committee.
