Mae is thrilled to be the Farm to School Coordinator at Richmond Elementary School and strengthen connections between the classroom, community, and cafeteria. After working with college students on International Honors Program last fall and most recently as the Site Coordinator of the FoodWorks Fellowship Program at Middlebury College, Mae is looking forward to working with younger students to foster healthy eating habits and hands on learning experiences. Fresh off a summer touring Vermont farms and food hubs and meeting with local food leaders, Mae is convinced that our state can be the leader in moving toward a more equitable, thriving food system and she's thrilled to live in a place that values Farm to School.
