In keeping with the Presidential Proclamation, the Governor has ordered the U.S. and Vermont flags at all federal and state facilities lowered to half staff in recognition of Patriot Day and National Day of Service and Remembrance in honor of the individuals who lost their lives on September 11, 2001.
