April Fool's Day Hijinks in the Cafeteria.
Today's lunch included "Cupcakes with frosting and sprinkles" and chocolate cake! The cupcakes were made of local grass fed beef meatloaves with sweet potato & mashed red potato swirls with vegetable confetti on top!  The chocolate cake was made with local Chiogga beets! 

Boxy even made an appearance on top of Mr. Berry's table!  Happy April Fool's Day!
